Registration and Invitation
Note: We have decided to hold the conference as a face-to-face event in Darmstadt, Germany.

Registration Fees
EUR 500
EUR 350
Event fees include the proceedings, a reception, free lunches and coffee breaks.
Students
Student status (Bachelor, Master, PHD) must be confirmed by providing a certificate of matriculation from a university. Please send your certificate by email to the conference office.
Presenting authors
⚠ Please make sure to use the same email address for presenting authors during registration and abstract submission: Email address of presenting author should be used for the corresponding conference registration and vice versa.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellations have to be made in writing only. In the case of cancellation after 02 January 2023, no refund can be made.

Letters of Invitation
Letters of Invitation, for the purpose of visa applications, can be requested from the Conference Bureau.
